Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business, with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock. Small items are sent by postal service and large items (eg. rods, reels, waders, jackets, luggage, downriggers, smokers, boat seats or other hardware) or heavy orders are sent by carrier guaranteed delivery service.
Our normal office hours when customer service staff are available are 9.00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. COMPLAINTS.
In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately through this link: sales@Linselybros.co.uk putting "Complaint" in the subject line.
All complaints will be acknowledged - and usually dealt with and resolved - within five UK working days - often within 48 hours. We take all complaints seriously, so much so that they are handled personally by the General Manager, David Blagden. All complaints will be recorded and are used as a source of information to help us continue to improve our service levels.
OUR RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURES.
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund. Enclose a note with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone or fax for our return instructions.

All bargains and special offers offered for sale on this site are covered by the same guarantees as full price goods. These items are offered subject to being unsold, and offers are not usually repeatable.
Bargains and special offers are usually discontinued or overstocked items which have formed part of our normal stock and have been sold at full price for at least 28 days either in our catalogue or on our web site.
We occasionally make special purchases which are offered at discount prices, and these may not have been have previously been offered on our site or in our catalogue at full price. In these cases, full prices shown are an indication of value, and of the price goods will revert to once the offer period is over.
Special offer and bargain prices advertised exclusively on this website are only available to customers ordering via the order form on this website. These prices do not apply to orders placed by e-mail, phone, fax, in writing, or by any other means.
Special offer deals such as Buy One Get One Free and Link Value offers are calculated in the shopping basket. To obtain a Buy One Get One Free offer, you must order both the paid for item and the free item. The second item ordered will be shown as free in the shopping basket.
All items are offered subject to availability. Our automated acknowledgment of your order does not imply acceptance of your order nor form a contract.
The terms of our contract do not affect your statutory rights.

If you place an order with us or ask for a copy of our catalogue, or to be placed on our e-mailing list, we will place you on our mailing or e-mailing list and may from time to time send you catalogues or other information which we feel would be of interest to you. DELIVERY
We currently only ship to the UK, our standard delivery charge is £5.50.
Express delivery (next working day except Scottish Highlands) can be arranged at a charge of £10.50.
All prices include VAT at 17.5% except for books which do not carry VAT.
Customers outside the UK may contact us for delivery options.
